This estate has true versatility so you really can choose to have it any way that suits you and your party. Sleeping a total of 28, the estate comprises The Manor House (Sleeping 18, all ensuite), The Barn (sleeping 6) and The Cottage (sleeping 4) both of which are newly decorated. Whatever the size of the party, one thing can be guaranteed: luxury throughout. Set in over twenty acres of the most idyllic rolling Devon Hillside. The layout of the estate makes it perfect for family gatherings or for friends to get together and enjoy each other’s company while allowing those who want to retain their private space.

The house is an eclectic mix of Victorian and Classical styles with some Art Nouveau detail. Recently the interiors have been updated to a more contemporary style whilst preserving many of the original charming Victorian features.
The Manor has nine beautifully designed ensuite king and superking bedrooms, all with Vi-Spring beds offering effortless elegance and luxury.
The fully equipped, open plan family kitchen seats 10 comfortably and the dining room provides for larger numbers. It is the perfect setting for fabulous dinner parties. The table seats 18 (a few more have been known). The drawing room, with it’s large windows overlooking the estate, offers a bright space to relax and read the papers by day and morphs to a glamorous space for pre-dinner drinks. After dinner guests can migrate to the billiard room for coffee and petit fours at the bar, or further festivities of games and dancing. There is a library/snug that’s more comfortable for those cosier evenings or for smaller groups.

THE COTTAGE
Adjacent to The Barn this sleeps four adults, one king / twin bedroom and one double bedroom and shared spacious family bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with traditional Rayburn. The sitting room with its log fire and inviting sofas offers the perfect place to relax and unwind in.
